She is passing through the phase of break-up and comparing herself with others. Is this good to compare yourself with other? Just take some measures to rejuvenate yourself after any emotional trauma in life like:

1. Accept your features, physique, relatives and success.

2. Make your goal and do the effort in achieving it.  Never compare yourself.

3. See yourself impartially.

4. Do positive self-talking and laugh on your failures.

Sigmund Freud said,” Accept yourself and the world will accept you.”  One can not see mirror silver lining inside if it is not outside. Don’t search approval stamps from others, make authority for yourself.
